Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, regular priced items may be returned within 5 business days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Return Guidelines:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached as sold.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
How to Return:
- Contact us at office@catherineh.com within 5 business days of delivery to request a return.
- Once approved, ship the item(s) back using a UPS shipping label. This must include a tracking number.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
